Leadership Awareness Events
Leadership Edge provides retreats, seminars and other one-time events designed to bring participants to a greater awareness of principled leadership.
Principled Leadership Training Programs (PLTP)
In these multiple-hour modules offered every semester, students are taught a principled approach to campus leadership. PLTP prepares students for future leadership challenges they may face in their marriages, families, careers and community. Leadership Edge training modules cover topics including:
• leadership as a lifestyle
• leadership and trust
• leadership and culture
• leading change
• delegation that develops others
• building and leading teams that work
Mentoring
Leadership Edge provides a mentoring program that links students with business and professional leaders who are in the same vocation that those students desire to enter. In addition, consulting and character development is offered to leaders of on-campus student organizations.
Leadership Edge has provided these services to students at Duke University since 1994 and at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill since 2000. Leadership Awareness Events have also been provided for students at various sites throughout the United States and in Uzbekistan.
