Leadership Edge acts as a sending organization. We bring people in to equip them for intentional, one-on-one mentoring relationships, and then send them out to impact the life of a mentee and the world at large. We partner with like-hearted organizations by helping them to equip their members for mentoring as well.

We serve in various capacities from acting as a preferred vendor for mentor equipping, working with organizations to establish a culture of mentoring, and licensing our content for use within a larger mentoring program. Contact us today to find out how we can serve you.

LEI mentoring is an incredible tool to empower and strengthen your congregation. There is such a cry for mentoring these days, but it can be difficult to do it in a church setting with multiple mentors. How can you build alignment and effectiveness across so many different relationships while also allowing the mentor freedom to meet the specific needs of the mentee. LEI mentoring gives every mentor tracks to run on with a crystal clear vision statement, along with profound training that gives mentors wisdom to navigate the nuances of each individual. The vision statement is grounded in truth and grace, and calls forth action. Some of the greatest initiatives in our church the past two years have started from individuals taking steps of faith into their spheres of influence after being in a LEI mentoring relationship. I highly recommend LEI mentoring as a way of mobilizing your people.
